Purpose

 1.1. Automate accurate, real-time updates of loyalty and rewards points for agriculture retailers’ customers upon eligible transactions, referrals, feedback, or milestone achievements.
 1.2. Streamline communication to notify customers of point changes or rewards redemption options.
 1.3. Enhance customer retention, incentivize purchases, and reduce manual tracking errors through seamless backend CRM integration.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Completion of qualifying purchase in POS or e-commerce platform.
 2.2. Customer referral recorded and validated.
 2.3. Submission of approved product feedback or review.
 2.4. Anniversary of customer signup or specific engagement milestone reached.
