Automated service appointment reminders

Purpose

1.1. Ensure customers are reminded about service appointments for their Alfa Romeo vehicles, reducing no-shows and maximizing workshop utilization.

1.4. Allow customers to confirm, reschedule, or cancel via interactive options, updating the backend records instantly.
1.5. Provide seamless post-reminder analytics and report generation for service managers.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. A new service appointment entry is created or updated in the CRM/DMS.
2.2. Scheduled time matches a pre-configured interval (e.g., 48h, 24h, 2h prior to appointment).
2.3. Customer indicates preferred contact channel during booking or in CRM profile.
2.4. Successful fetching of updated customer contact information.
2.5. Rescheduling or cancellation event occurs, triggering update notifications.
