Purpose

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. A new delivery date is entered or updated in the order management or ERP system.
 2.2. Delivery status changes (e.g., dispatched, delayed, out for delivery, delivered) are logged by logistics or warehouse software.
 2.3. Customer requests order status update via customer portal, chatbot, or email.
 2.4. Third-party shipment tracking (courier API) posts a status update for the customer’s order.
