Trigger Conditions

1. Warranty records stored in CRM or ERP reach X days before expiration (configurable: e.g., 30, 15, 7 days).

2. Customer contact info (email, mobile, address) is available.

3. Warranty status is “Active”.

4. Communication hasn’t already been sent for the current period.
