Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New order created in appliance store’s POS, e-commerce, or ERP system.
2.2. Order status updates in system to “confirmed,” “shipped,” “delayed,” or “out for delivery.”
2.3. Custom event such as payment received, backorder resolved, or parcel tracking updated.
2.4. Customer contact creation or modification with valid email/SMS opt-in status.
