Service report documentation and archiving

Purpose

1.1. Automate the recording, documentation, and secure archiving of service reports following customer support or after-sales service events for aircraft, ensuring regulatory compliance, audit readiness, quick data retrieval, and knowledge retention across the enterprise.
1.2. Eliminate manual report uploads, reduce error rates in documentation, and create tamper-proof archives accessible to authorized stakeholders anywhere.
1.3. Integrate data from engineer notes, support tickets, images, and diagnostics into uniform, searchable report structures.
1.4. Synchronize archive updates to maintain a single source of truth for regulatory reviews, internal insights, and continuous service improvement.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Submission of new or updated service report in field service app (mobile or desktop).
2.2. Completion of customer support ticket marked as resolved in CRM or ticketing tool.
2.3. Upload of maintenance photos or logs to designated folder in cloud storage.
2.4. Automated ingestion of digital signatures from maintenance staff or customer representatives.
