Tracking social media reach and engagement reports

Purpose

 1.1. Automate end-to-end collection, aggregation, and reporting of social media reach and engagement to optimize visibility, stakeholder communication, and grant reporting.
 1.2. Automating the extraction of metrics from multiple accounts and consolidating them into actionable, regular, and shareable analytics dashboards for arts organizations.
 1.3. Automatedly schedule, publish, and archive social reach data for compliance, board reporting, and PR/marketing analysis.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Automation initiates on a schedule (daily/weekly/monthly) or upon new social post/event published.
 2.2. Automator reacts to webhooks from social media APIs signaling data updates.
 2.3. Data extraction may be manually triggered by designated staff for special reporting periods.
