Bulk data import and export automation

Purpose

1.1. Automate bulk import/export of tax and financial data between internal government systems and external entities (banks, reporting platforms, tax consultants) for the Italian Revenue Service.
1.2. Ensure secure, error-free data transmission, standardized formats, and compliance with Italian and EU regulations.
1.3. Eliminate manual spreadsheet processing, facilitate timely fiscal reporting, and enable batch processing for large volumes (e.g., annual declarations, withholding agent statements).
1.4. Integrate legacy databases, cloud services, and eGov platforms with secure, traceable audit logs.
1.5. Support transformation between source and destination formats (CSV, XML, EDI, XBRL, JSON).

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Manual on-demand initiation by authorized personnel.
2.2. Scheduled batch runs (nightly, weekly, quarterly, fiscal year-end).
2.3. Event-driven triggers such as new batch file availability in central repository, SFTP upload, completed validation, or third-party API callback.
2.4. Automated detection of data discrepancies or update requirements from master tax databases.
2.5. Periodic compliance mandates from regional or national tax authorities.
