Health and safety compliance reporting

Purpose

1.1. Automate health and safety compliance reporting for acrobatic diving pools by capturing, analyzing, and distributing real-time incident, inspection, and compliance data for regulatory adherence, risk mitigation, audit trails, and operational transparency.
1.2. Eliminate manual entry, schedule reporting, escalate incidents, and synchronize records across safety logs, equipment checks, staff certifications, and local authority reporting channels.
1.3. Ensure regulatory documentation (incident reports, inspection logs, corrective action plans) is generated, stored, and distributed to statutory bodies, management, and internal stakeholders.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New safety inspection completed or hazard detected (digital form or device input).
2.2. Incident or injury report filed by staff or patron via mobile/web platform.
2.3. Scheduled compliance review or audit cycle (recurring weekly/monthly/quarterly).
2.4. Receipt of expiring certification/permit notification.
2.5. Environmental sensor reading breaches safety threshold (chlorine, water level, air quality).
2.6. Submission of corrective action needs by safety assessor.
