Real-time vehicle tracking and geolocation updates

Purpose

1.1. Enable continuous, real-time tracking of all ambulance units for instant location access, route optimization, ETA projections, and event trigger automation.
1.2. Integrate location intelligence with dispatch for faster response, seamless coordination with hospitals, incident geo-tagging, and regulatory compliance.
1.3. Generate real-time alerts for movement anomalies, unauthorized stops, geofence breach, and anticipated delays to ensure patient safety and operational integrity.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Ambulance ignition or engine-on event.
2.2. GPS or telematics device location update (interval or movement-based).
2.3. Emergency dispatch command issued.
2.4. Geofence entry/exit.
2.5. Exceeding predefined speed limits or idling thresholds.
2.6. Arrival/departure from predefined locations (hospitals, patient address).
