Purpose

1.3. Purpose includes automating notifications and audit trails around archived and purged items, ensuring transparency and regulatory alignment in government-mediated document control for vehicle registration operations.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Automate archiving when vehicle registration record reaches predefined expiry date or inactivity period.
2.2. Automate purging when records surpass legal retention span or receive a purge authorization event.
2.3. Triggers include database flag updates, expired date checks via scheduler, user-initiated purge commands, or third-party compliance rule changes.
