Trigger Conditions

2.1. Trigger on creation of an unpaid invoice or when invoice status is updated to “unpaid” in invoicing system.
2.2. Trigger based on time elapsed since invoice generation (e.g., 3, 7, 14 days unpaid).
2.3. Trigger when payment due date has passed without a recorded payment.
