Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Recurring donation set to expire within a preset period (e.g., 30, 14, 7, or 1 day before end date).
2.2. Payment method attached to donation flagged as expiring soon.
2.3. Donor profile updated with cancellation status or renewal request.
2.4. Financial system batch update reflects approaching end-of-term for donor commitments.
2.5. Donor inactivity or no donation for preset duration since last contribution.
