Online giving platform integration and monitoring

Purpose

 1.1. Automate collection, acknowledgment, and reporting of online donations across multiple giving platforms for Apostolic churches.
 1.2. Ensure real-time monitoring, reconciliation, and secure data transfer to church management and accounting systems.
 1.3. Enable automated receipt generation, donor list updates, and compliance logs.
 1.4. Alert administrators about failed transactions, unusual activity, or large gifts in real time.
 1.5. Minimize manual reconciliation and accelerate recognition for recurring and one-time gifts.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Receipt of a new donation or pledge via supported giving platforms.
 2.2. Status update of existing donation (e.g., succeeded, failed, refunded).
 2.3. Scheduled batch processing for reconciliation or reporting.
 2.4. Administrative changes (user updates, account disconnects, configuration edits).
 2.5. Predefined financial event thresholds triggered (large donations, rapid consecutive gifts).
