Purpose

1.1. To inform emergency dispatchers, medical coordinators, and command centers of real-time staff and air ambulance vehicle status, ensuring rapid resource allocation and improved patient outcomes.
1.2. Provide instant cross-channel alerts (SMS, push, email, in-app) on crew readiness, helicopter/aircraft/ground ambulance availability, and shift changes, synchronized across medical, operations, and response systems.
1.3. Enable decisions for dispatch prioritization, crew scheduling, rerouting, and protocol enforcement, reducing response time and manual intervention.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Shift sign-in or sign-out logged by staff in scheduling software.
2.2. Air ambulance status change detected (e.g., mission-ready, in-mission, maintenance) in fleet management system.
2.3. Critical parameter met: crew fatigue alert, minimum crew required but missing, or newly freed air/ground vehicle.
2.4. API/Webhook event from emergency call center or EHR indicating demand spike or incident.
