Employee shift scheduling notifications

Purpose

 1.1. Enable automated, timely notifications to staff about shift schedules, changes, and confirmations.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. New shift schedule is published or updated in the shift management system.
 2.2. Changes to an existing shift (time, role, location, absence request accepted).
 2.3. Employee confirmation or declination of assigned shifts.
 2.4. Reminder for upcoming shifts (e.g., 2 hours before start).
