Holiday and leave management notifications

Purpose

 1.1. Streamline all staff holiday and leave request processing for Anhui Cuisine restaurants.
 1.2. Ensure real-time notifications to managers and affected teams regarding all leave approvals, rejections, and return-to-work dates.
 1.3. Minimize manual follow-ups and reduce errors amid shift and roster changes.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Team member submits a leave/holiday request via mobile, web, or HR portal.
 2.2. Manager approves or denies the leave request in any approved platform.
 2.3. Scheduled leave start/end date approaches or occurs.
 2.4. Modification or cancellation of approved leave/holiday.
 2.5. New government/public holiday is added to the regional calendar.
