Automated cost tracking of equipment by project

Purpose

1. The goal is to automate cost tracking of equipment, associating expenses (fuel, maintenance, rentals, depreciation) with individual projects or jobsites in real time, removing manual data entry and providing automated visibility into profitability, asset utilization, and financial forecasting for earthworks operations.

2. This automation aggregates cost data from telematics, ERP, financial, and field apps, associating each transaction with project codes and pushing updates to dashboards and reporting tools for decision-makers at the corporate level.
