Automated sharing of event materials

Purpose

 1.1. Automate the distribution of event materials (agendas, presentations, minutes, summaries, multimedia) to participants, stakeholders, and relevant members immediately after events and meetings.
 1.2. Ensure industry stakeholders receive documentation without manual intervention, improving information flow and stakeholder engagement.
 1.3. Provide records for compliance, follow-up actions, archival, and broad dissemination across digital channels.

Trigger Conditions
