Purpose

1.1. Deliver real-time weather alerts to event coordinators, pilots, and participants to ensure safe scheduling and operational continuity for recreational flying events.

1.3. Reduce manual monitoring of weather data, allowing immediate contingency planning to minimize safety risks and event disruptions.
1.4. Centralize notification management for all stakeholders across multiple channels (SMS, email, voice calls, in-app push, chat platforms).

Trigger Conditions

2.3. Manual override enabled by authorized users (e.g., ground control, chief pilot).
