Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Participant status marked as "Completed" in event management or learning system.
2.2. End-of-session form filled by instructor or automated system log update.
2.3. Batch certification process initiated post-event based on attendance logs.
2.4. Verified e-signature or evaluation submission from participant.
2.5. Scheduled/recurring certificate issuance after a defined event end date.
