Purpose

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Automation triggers when a new event attendee record is added to the event management system.
 2.2. Automator also initiates post-event, when attendance is confirmed via check-in or digital registration.
 2.3. Scheduled automation can trigger at a predefined delay (e.g., 24 hours after the event ends).
