Volunteer shift scheduling and reminders

Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New event or service is created on the church calendar.
2.2. Volunteer sign-up form is submitted or updated.
2.3. Shift assignment is confirmed, canceled, or changed.
2.4. Reminder scheduled (1 day/1 hour before shift).
2.5. Feedback or attendance form submission following shift completion.
