Purpose

1.1. Automatically inform parishioners, staff, and volunteers of schedule changes or cancellations for services, events, or meetings in real-time.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Calendar event is edited, rescheduled, or deleted in church management system.
2.2. Administrator submits a change notification via a form or dashboard.
2.3. Integration detects change in online calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.) for tagged events.
