Auto-generation of summary reports on complaints

Purpose

 1.1. Automatically generate comprehensive summary reports on complaints raised at Aadhaar centers to streamline review, compliance, and service improvement cycles.
 1.2. Aggregate and analyze feedback and grievances data from multiple channels (SMS, email, web forms, helplines, etc.) in real time.
 1.3. Format findings with key statistics, trends, escalations, response times, and unresolved issues for management and compliance bodies.
 1.4. Deliver scheduled PDF/Excel/Word reports or trigger distribution upon major complaint events and SLA breaches.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Receipt of a new complaint in center’s CRM or feedback portal.
 2.2. Update status of existing complaint (e.g., escalation, closure).
 2.3. Threshold breach, such as >20 unaddressed complaints in 24h.
 2.4. Scheduled interval—daily, weekly, or monthly summary report generation.
