Inventory tracking of field equipment and supplies

Purpose

1.1. Enable accurate, real-time tracking and management of field equipment and supply usage by animal control officers for operational readiness, loss prevention, inventory audits, regulatory compliance, purchase planning, and incident documentation.
1.2. Facilitate digital check-in/check-out, automatic reordering, location tracking, and usage logging of traps, nets, PPE, capture devices, sedatives, microchip scanners, and other materials used in animal control field operations.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Field officer checks items in or out via mobile app/web portal/scanner.
2.2. Inventory below reorder threshold detected.
2.3. Scheduled audit or asset scan event initiates.
2.4. New asset/equipment procurement recorded in system.
2.5. Asset geolocation or unauthorized movement change logged.
