Trigger Conditions

 2.1. New appointment is booked or updated in the scheduling system.
 2.2. End-of-day batch trigger at a fixed time (e.g., 9 PM for next day’s schedule).
 2.3. Manual override by supervisor for urgent changes or rescheduling.
 2.4. Location geofence entry/exit for dynamic rescheduling alerts.
