Purpose

1.1. Automatically monitor tax deadlines and trigger proactive reminders for filings and payments, reducing the risk of late fees, penalties, and ensuring compliance for aluminum window companies operating in building materials.
1.2. Aggregate key tax calendar events (corporate filings, quarterly estimates, VAT/GST, payroll taxes) and distribute timely notices to finance staff via multiple communication channels.
1.3. Mitigate errors caused by manual tracking and decentralize reminder flows to different locations or subsidiaries under corporate group.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New or updated tax calendar event for any entity within the organization.
2.2. X days before an upcoming filing/payment deadline (configurable by administrator).
2.3. Receipt of new tax bill, notice, or statutory request via email, document management system, or ERP.
2.4. Change in compliance rules or important tax law update.
2.5. User request for on-demand upcoming deadline summary.
