Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Automated trigger upon completion of service period (monthly, quarterly, or custom date) for clients in water filtration contracts.
2.2. Automation trigger via collection and validation of metering usage data and service log sync from plant systems.
2.3. Manual trigger enabled via finance or operations dashboard interface as exception handling.
