Purpose

1.1 Automate generation of weekly and monthly profit/loss (P&L) reports for a pastry shop, combining revenue, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and other financials from multiple data sources.
1.2 Enable timely, error-free, and repeatable P&L reporting for financial review and management decision-making, minimizing manual data entry, reducing errors, and optimizing finance team productivity.
1.3 Facilitate automated data pulls from POS, accounting, payroll, and inventory platforms into unified financial templates for review, audit, and submission.

Trigger Conditions

2.1 Scheduled time-based automation at set intervals (every Monday 8am for weekly; 1st of every month 8am for monthly).
2.2 Manual trigger via secure dashboard for ad-hoc or on-demand P&L report generation.
2.3 Triggered by finalized data entry in connected point-of-sale or accounting systems (e.g., after daily closing).
