Purpose

Trigger Conditions

1. Invoice/receipt generated in POS, ERP, or accounting system.

2. New email with attached invoice or receipt received in monitored inbox.

3. File uploaded/scanned to a specified device folder or network location.

4. Manual upload event through web portal automatically triggers automator flow.

5. Scheduled automation to sweep and upload existing files at set intervals.
