Periodic profit and loss statement generation

Purpose

 1.1. Enable automated, error-free periodic profit and loss (P&L) statement creation for aerated drinks suppliers in wholesale beverage distribution.
 1.2. Aggregate multi-source financial data—sales, cost of goods sold, expenses—across ERP, eCommerce, and payment platforms.
 1.3. Standardize, calculate, and output P&L for specified periods (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and auto-distribute to stakeholders.
 1.4. Ensure regulatory compliance, seamless financial review, and fast decision-making by delivering reports without manual intervention.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Time-based triggers—e.g., monthly/quarterly calendar schedule at fixed time (cron scheduler/integrated task timer).
 2.2. Manual initiation trigger—back-office staff via dashboard button.
 2.3. Event-based trigger—on closing month-end accounts or all transactions settled.
