Purpose

1.1. Deliver automated, real-time alerts and comprehensive budget variance reports to finance, procurement, and executive stakeholders within an agrochemicals wholesale company.
1.2. Continuously analyze budget vs actual figures across departments, products, or projects.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Detection of variance threshold breach (e.g. ±5% budget deviation) per cost center or GL line.
2.2. Scheduled periodic financial close or custom reporting period (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
2.3. Manual trigger upon request by authorized user.
2.4. Upload or synchronization of new expense or purchase order data.
2.5. Refresh of budget allocations or receipt of revised budget.
