Invoice generation and automatic delivery to clients

Purpose

1.1. Automate the generation of invoices for movie studio clients by extracting data from contracts, project management tools, or timesheets; format standardized compliant PDF invoices.
1.2. Automate the delivery of these invoices via email or client portals to reduce manual administrative overhead, minimize human error, accelerate payment cycles, and maintain consistent communication with clients in the film production industry.
1.3. Enables automated batch creation for multi-project billing, automated reminders, and archiving for financial compliance.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Project milestone is achieved in the project management system (e.g. film editing completion).
2.2. Timesheet/role log entries are finalized.
2.3. Periodic scheduling (e.g. first of every month for retainer clients).
2.4. Manual approval from finance, triggering the automation.
2.5. Payment event or contract signature confirmation received.
