Monthly profit and loss statement creation

Purpose

1.1. Automate consolidation, calculation, and delivery of the restaurant’s monthly profit and loss statement, aggregating sales, cost, payroll, and miscellaneous expenses across all channels and systems.
1.2. Synchronize financial data from POS, accounting, supplier bills, payroll, and banking for end-to-end visibility and error reduction.
1.3. Deliver finalized statements automatically to management, owners, and accounting stakeholders in preferred formats (PDF, Excel, dashboards).
1.4. Ensure compliance via audit-ready logs, and facilitate year-on-year, period-on-period comparative analyses for Andalusian cuisine operations.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Time-based trigger: Day 1 of each month, 03:00 AM.
2.2. Manual override via secure dashboard or API call.
2.3. Upon closure of monthly accounting period in the primary accounting platform.
