Payment reminders for clients and vendors

Purpose

1.1. Enables mausoleum builders to automate and streamline the process of sending payment reminders to both clients (families, organizations) and vendors (material suppliers, subcontractors).
1.2. Automates notifications for upcoming, due, overdue, or failed payments to minimize manual follow-ups and ensure timely cash flow.
1.3. Supports custom message templates, frequency rules, escalation, and multiparty notification as part of comprehensive financial and billing automation.
1.4. Integrates with existing accounting, CRM, and communication platforms to automatically detect and act on payment status changes in real time.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Invoice generated, unpaid after X days.
2.2. Payment due date approaching in Y days.
2.3. Payment overdue by Z days or failed transaction detected.
2.4. Partial payment received, but balance remains.
2.5. Specific payment milestones reached for phased project billings.
2.6. Reminders escalated when prior reminders are ignored.
2.7. Manual trigger from accounting dashboard, if necessary.
