Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Scheduled time-based execution (e.g., every day at 23:59 local time).
 2.2. On closure of POS system end-of-day operation.
 2.3. Receipt of all payment batch settlements for the day.
 2.4. When kitchen closes and all orders are marked complete.
 2.5. Approval of daily cashier closing report.
