Consolidate end-of-day closing reports with attachments

Purpose

 1.1. Automatically aggregate all end-of-day (EOD) closing financial reports from multiple systems (POS, accounting, scheduling) with supporting attachments (receipts, invoices, logs) for review and digital archiving.
 1.2. Connect disparate data sources such as sales, cash flow, inventory, payroll, and compliance checklists into one unified closing report.
 1.3. Attach all relevant files from email, shared folders, cloud storage, or direct device exports.
 1.4. Ensure report consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery for regulatory compliance and internal audits.
 1.5. Enable secure, scheduled forwarding of consolidated EOD reports to management, accountants, and auditors.
