Purpose

1.1. Automate the monthly summarization of financial reports for Little League clubs, including revenues, expenses, donations, membership dues, and grants, to support dashboards, compliance, and executive review.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Automator scheduled by date (e.g., last day of month, first of month, custom schedule).
