Recurring analysis of cost and revenue trends

Purpose

 1.1. Enable automated, scheduled analysis and comparison of governmental costs and revenue streams for the Agenzia Entrate (Italian Revenue Service).

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Time-based schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual triggers).
 2.2. Receipt of new financial or tax records.
 2.3. User-initiated manual trigger for ad hoc analysis.
 2.4. Detection of threshold breach (cost overrun or revenue shortfall).
