Purpose

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Scheduled trigger at end-of-month (e.g., 11:59 PM local time, last calendar day).
 2.2. New data available in sales, payroll, or expense source systems.
 2.3. Manual trigger for ad-hoc reporting requirements.
 2.4. API webhook from POS system signaling end-of-period batch close.
