Purpose

1.1. Automate end-to-end flight scheduling for air taxis, assigning pilots, crew, aircraft, and ground resources to optimize utilization, minimize delays, handle on-demand booking, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide real-time communication to stakeholders.
1.2. Reduce manual effort and errors in matching customer requests with available fleet and staff, applying dynamic availability and weather checks.
1.3. Integrate data from booking portals, aircraft tracking, maintenance, crew rosters, and regulatory platforms to automatically create, update, or reroute flight missions as needed.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New air taxi booking submitted via web/mobile app or API.
2.2. Change/update/cancellation in an existing booking or resource (e.g., aircraft goes under maintenance, pilot unavailable).
2.3. Updated weather/NOTAM or regulatory alert affecting scheduled flights.
2.4. Periodic scheduling window reached (e.g., every hour) to optimize resource allocation.
2.5. Manual override or dispatch intervention request.
