Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Submission of foster/adoption/volunteer interest form via the website or portal.
2.2. Status update in the CRM system or applicant moved to "Ready for Interview."
2.3. Receipt of chatbot or SMS “schedule interview” request from applicant or volunteer.
2.4. Direct inbound email requesting an interview appointment.
