Purpose

1.1. Automate feedback collection from adopters or fosters post-adoption to streamline data gathering, ensure animal welfare after placement, assess satisfaction, pinpoint improvement areas, and maintain legal/regulatory compliance.
1.2. Automatically engage with adopters/fosters at defined intervals post-adoption to solicit standardized feedback on animal adjustment, health, behavioral concerns, and experience with the rescue agency.
1.3. Track longitudinal welfare outcomes, identify risk factors for animal returns, bolster donor reporting, and refine post-adoption support interventions.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Passage of a predefined time after adoption/fostering event (e.g., 3 days, 2 weeks, 1 month).
2.2. Change of pet status to "Adopted" or "Fostered" in animal management platform.
2.3. Manual request by staff or flagged welfare event in CRM or animal record.
