Schedule display for group activities and tours

Purpose

 1.1. Centralize, automate, and broadcast group activity and tour schedules for guests at animal watering hole hospitality sites
 1.2. Ensure real-time updates, maximize attendance, avoid overlaps, and create seamless communication via multiple channels
 1.3. Sync guest bookings, account for preferences/allergies, and avoid double-booking for farm-stay and pet interaction activities
