Performance appraisal and review scheduling automation

Purpose

1.1. Automate the end-to-end process for scheduling, notifying, tracking, and recording performance appraisals and reviews for staff across all branches of a wholesale medical mobility equipment supplier.
1.2. Ensures that appraisal cycles are auto-initiated, review slots are automatically assigned, managers and employees are notified, reminders are sent, reports are generated and archived, and compliance records are maintained — reducing manual overhead, avoiding missed review periods, and maintaining HR compliance.

2.1. Automated triggers based on hire anniversary date, appraisal cycle, or manager request.
2.2. Automate initiation via HRIS data, calendar recurrence, or completion of prior HR workflow.
