Trigger Conditions

 2.1. New hire start date is entered or updated in the HR database or payroll system.
 2.2. Probation period duration is matched to business policy (e.g., 3 months, 6 months).
 2.3. Trigger activates X days before the review deadline, on the deadline, and on recurring intervals until review is confirmed completed.
