Leave request and approval automation

Purpose

1. Streamline leave requests and approval workflow for agricultural machinery manufacturing companies, enabling employees to request time off digitally and managers to approve/decline efficiently.

2. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies, maintain accurate absence records, and automate notifications and reporting.

Trigger Conditions

1. Employee submits digital leave request via web portal, mobile app, or HR chat interface.

2. Manager or HR receives notification and approves or rejects request.

3. Leave status updates trigger confirmations to requester and system logs adjustments.

4. Edge conditions: policy violation, insufficient balance, overlapping with critical production schedules.
