Security system arming/disarming schedule automation

Purpose

1.1. Automate scheduled arming/disarming of the security system for the acrylic store to prevent manual errors, improve consistency, enable remote management, create audit trails, reduce human resource demands, and align store operations with real-time status and compliance.
1.2. Integrate with workforce scheduling to prevent the system from arming while staff are present; ensure arming when closed.
1.3. Provide notifications and reporting for each event, plus fail-safes and event escalation if errors occur or manual override is attempted.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Store open/close times as set in the main scheduling system.
2.2. Employee check-in/out events and changes in staffing roster.
2.3. Holidays or special store event overrides.
2.4. Geofencing when last staff device leaves or approaches perimeter.
2.5. Emergency or unexpected events (e.g., late stay, incident reported).
