Auto-generate end-of-day reports

Purpose:

1.1. Automate, streamline, and standardize the generation and distribution of end-of-day sales, inventory, and transaction reports across equestrian store retail and POS operations.
1.2. Automated consolidation of sales, refunds, inventory movement, and staff performance for managers, stakeholders, and staff accountability.
1.3. Automates compliance reporting for finance, taxation, and inventory audits, ensuring records are consistent and up-to-date.
1.4. Deliver automated analytics to identify trends, loss prevention opportunities, and optimize ordering or restocking activities.

Trigger Conditions:

2.1. Every day at store closing time (configurable cron schedule).
2.2. Automatable trigger after last POS transaction.
2.3. Automates if new sales or refund transactions logged since last report.
2.4. Automator can be extended to manual override via dashboard or trigger button.
